When using our custom T-slotted aluminum extrusions, you simply insert a T-nut and fastener into the extrusion and tighten it to create a durable, strong and lightweight structure that is both functional. The A t-slots are for mounting fence accessories like board buddies, fence featerboards and shop made jigs. The A t-slots take a standard 1/4' hex head bolt or 1/4' t-bolt. With Universal T-Tracks on every face, these 36' tracks are full of potential - use them to create custom fences, jigs and fixtures. Once assembled, the multiple tracks give you countless options for attaching.

VERY IMPORTANT
If you want to shop on your own for an extrusion to work with our VerySuperCool T-Square Fence system make sure
1) The extrusion has t-slotted channels to accept sliding t-nuts and bolts We recommend getting an extrusion with slots on all sides.
2) The extrusion width must be at least 1.5 inches or 40mm wide
The height and the length of the extrusion can vary, but the width is important because you do not want any interference between the plane of the table saw top and the fence.

UHMW Polymer (plastic) is a linear polyethylene with a molecular weight in the range of 3,000,000 to 6,000,000. This value represents the 'average molecular weight'. Therefore UHMW is 10 times heavier than regular high density polyethylene.
